Happy birthday to us!
We love to celebrate milestones and wins…and Optimum is ‘9’ this month!
Thank you to all that have encouraged, supported, shared and generally been a cheerleader throughout our journey. It means more than you will ever know.
As we head in to our 10th year of business, I want to acknowledge that we are one of only 2% of businesses to make that milestone and to thank those who have helped us along the way.
There is absolutely nothing that beats an awesome day in business and I wanted to share some of the things that I have learnt so far…
- Lots of days, business does come first. I love my family and friends even more for understanding and supporting that.
- There is always more in you than you realise.
- Little things count – a team member staying back to say they love being part of the team or a client saying you have made a real difference in their business.
- Be yourself. The more real you are, the more real the people you attract.
- There is so much to learn, and the more I learn, the more I change. So if we haven’t caught up in a while, let’s get re-acquainted!
There’s no sitting on our laurels – our goals for the future are huge, exciting and we will continue to learn along the way.
