2014 Australian Achiever Awards
Optimum Recoveries was named the Queensland State Winner of the 2014 Australian Achiever Awards in Australia’s Finance & Insurance Services category. Our overall score for customer satisfaction was 97.56%.
Director, Angela McDonald, said, “We are thrilled to receive such a high score because it’s based on our own customers’ feedback. This award demonstrates that we are having a positive effect on our customers’ businesses and that’s what is most important to us.”
In two of the customer service criteria, ‘Value’ and ‘Attitude’, Optimum Recoveries received a top rating of 100%.
“These scores are incredibly gratifying for us because we strive to be the fresh face of debt collection. To know that our customers recognise our respectful and ethical approach, and regard the solutions we deliver as excellent value is very rewarding.”
This is the third year in a row that Optimum Recoveries has been amongst the winners in these awards. In 2013, we took out Highly Commended, and in 2012 we were the National Winner in the same category.
